After training in classical music, Steven entered the corporate world as an experiment, joining energy giant BP at age 22. Following a broad range of business roles, he saw the potential to apply high quality, broadcast-style TV production techniques to corporate communications. He subsequently held the roles of Group Commissioning Editor for TV, and later Group Head of Visual Media, for 20 years.
Over two decades he commissioned or executive-produced over a thousand films with budgets raging from a few thousand pounds to £2 million, netting millions of views and several gold and silver awards from the IVCA, EVCOM, Cannes, the New York Film Festival and many other bodies.
Across all genres from brand promos and commercials to results and strategy programmes to musicals (!), Steven’s productions have been seen on TV, in cinemas and online in over 100 countries.
The BFI hold two of his corporate documentaries as important contributions to the genre and the BP-TV team he established in 2016 won EVCOM internal production agency of the year in 2018.

Lubna is a highly experienced location, studio and edit producer/director with over 20 years of working in broadcast and branded content production.
Having trained at the BBC, she has extensive credits across a diverse mix of genres, from factual and entertainment to obs docs, children's and reality. She has filmed on ambitious projects all over the world from Mumbai and Brazil to the Sahara and the Arctic working with both high-profile presenters and
inexperienced contributors.
Lubna thrives on being thrown in at the deep-end and thinks on her feet as stories and events such as the London Bombings, sinking snowmobiles in the Arctic or runaway camels in the Sahara unfold.
Lubna is a RTS (Royal Television Society) and CRE (Commission for Racial Equality now Equality and Human Rights Commission) award winner in broadcasting.

Andrew’s (ALF to his friends!) 25 years’ experience as a communications professional spans the public, private & voluntary sectors.
He has colossal experience both as production professional (writer, direcrtor, producer, exec producer) and as a client.
Andrew was for some time Deputy-Director of Content at the UK Central Office of Information (COI), where he oversaw the production of all moving image content, including TV commercials, TV fillers, digital and mobile , long-form broadcast programming, branded content and advertiser-funded programming, interactive TV, experiential films and ambient display, as well as all the COI’s considerable non-broadcast output.
This amounted to more than 250 individual projects, with budgets totalling more than £28m, each year.
He now works predominately as a strategist and exectuve producer, creative, writer and director. He’s been involved in creating everything from TV programmes, AFP, on-air promos, TV commercials and fillers, to branded content, social media campaigns, internal communications films and large-scale
immersive experiences.

Lindsay is a Senior Producer with 20 years experience working across brand advertising and corporate sectors.
Recent projects have seen Lindsay produce films for Clients including Dove Men+Care, ASICS, Shell, Land Rover & Etihad Airways filming in the US, Europe, The Middle East & South Africa.
Lindsay is also highly experienced in producing films that deliver both internal & external messaging for clients using animation, interview, UGC, scripted drama, documentary & brand image. With over 20 years’ experience in production, Merryn has worked on a huge variety of projects across a wide range of clients including Google, Facebook, Lexus, Ericsson, Prudential, Scania, Honda, Cannes Lions, HSBC, Samsung,
and Riot Games.
Her experience has expanded over the years to include many motion graphics projects, projection mapping, VR and 2D animation but ultimately, she believes that telling a good story lies at the heart of any successful moving image project.

A former photographer, picture editor and journalist, Marcus started his own production company initially to provide content for PR, advertising and marketing companies in both traditional and digital media.
Providing photography, art direction, live experiential and launch installations, Marcus has had extensive experience with sports sponsorship initiatives (including the Rugby World Cup, Commonwealth Games, England Rugby Team and the FA Cup Finals) and activations and content creation for many well-known consumer and corporate brands and organisations.

Daisy has over 20 years of experience in film, digital and live event production across the broadcast, commercial & corporate sectors for clients ranging from Barclays, Exxon Mobil and Fifa to, Google, Volvo and Walt Disney.

Fashion, sports and rockumentary spots for MTV gave Tim the opportunity to experiment and he has since brought his unique eye to commercials, promos, corporate brand films and high-end documentaries.
In the last 15 years Tim’s work has included numerous projects for clients in the energy sector, taking him to platforms, installations and refineries across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

Anthony started out as a cartoonist and illustrator, working for various publications.
Then in a radical career change he went off to study Advertising & Graphic
Design at Bucks College.
Whilst there he won a student D&AD pencil which helped him get his first job as a Creative at JWT. He did rather well there with his first campaign for Yorkie which increased sales by a remarkable 40% and won some very favourable reviews. (He also picked up a
BTAA award for his efforts.)
Anthony then created the memorable animated ‘Dairylea Cows’ for Kraft and worked for numerous other clients, including Vodaphone. HSBC, Nestle, The Royal Air Force, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Dageo, J& B, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Kellogs, Mazda,
Aston Martin, and Kimberly-Clark.
Since the, he's freelanced for over 50 advertising agencies, large and small and
gained a wealth of experience. He has worked across all media platforms, ranging
from television to social media.
For his own amusement, he continues to produce cartoons for the odd publication, and he also has a little feature running in Private Eye entitled 'Logos as they should be'.

Hugh is an award-winning creative producer/director. His passion is in fusing live action, animation and cutting-edge digital technology to create unique design-led work for global brands, spanning every variety of screen and platform.
His films have been the recipient of over 90 international awards including two Best of Festivals at the US International Film Festival. Hugh has worked extensively in the energy sector producing immersive screen content for the clients such as bp, Shell, Schlumberger, ExxonMobil and Dow.

Stephen graduated from The National Film and TV School and has used his passion for storytelling over the past 21 years to write scripts and produce award-winning films for a broad variety of clients across a wide range of channels and formats, from TV commercials to multi-screen immersive experiences and public installations.

With over 25 years' editing experience, Dublin-born Phil has worked on a wide variety of programmes ranging from music promos, corporate and web to
broadcast television.
He's equally at home cutting on Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve & Avid - whichever works best for the project and is particularly strong with cutting music to picture and really making them work together.
Over the past few years Phil has added colour correction to his skill set.

Mark has a background in editing high-end shows such as Black Mirror, Peaky Blinders, Sherlock, Taboo, Outnumbered, Unforgotten and The Crown.
He's directed and produced two feature films. The first, 4.3.2.1, an urban teen flick was released by Universal and sold to 19 territories. His second, The Dark Channel is a sci-fi dystopian noir, currently in post.
Mark started his career in music videos, directing and producing promos for artists as diverse as The Kills, P J Harvey, Funeral 4 A Friend, The Corrs and James Blunt, whilst delivering short-form corporate work for bp, Mercedes, Atlantic Records, Mix Mag, Kerrang!, Pizza Hut etc.
In 2020 Mark also helped set up the online platform Bywire News, a hub for all independent journalism, specialising in video content.

With 17 years of experience in the media, TV and film industry, James has planned, cut and delivered hundreds of films for a huge range of clients.
He's worked on everything from award-winning dramas and heart-warming documentaries to slick show reels and luxurious promotions for arts and culture brands.

With a background in graphic design, Chris has worked in the creative industry for nearly thirty years.
Always a keen stills photographer, Chris began experimenting with time-lapse photography in 2008. Since then, he’s gone on to become one of the UK’s most in-demand time lapse specialists with his work seen widely across broadcast, corporate and commercial productions. He is featured in the Getty footage library.
His working style is meticulous and combines his main passions: the outdoors, creating beautiful imagery and spending hours alone with his dog, Stanley.

Phitz has worked in the industry for nearly 3 decades, building a substantial reputation in audio post production.
He honed his skills nationally and internationally working for clients including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, Discovery, History Channel & National Geographic.
Phitz was professionally recognised in 2010, winning an Emmy for Outstanding Achievement in Non-Fiction Programming for Sound Editing (America: The History of the US).

Sound Recordist
A hugely experienced location sound recordist, Ren has been a mainstay of TV shows such as Top Gear, Coast and Time Team together with the hundreds of broadcast documentaries and corporate productions which pepper his 25 years in the industry.
Ren has the uncanny ability of being able to blend seamlessly into the background of a shoot, remaining unobtrusive yet utterly alert guaranteeing he never misses a word.

Joe has been a familiar face on countless productions for over 25 years. She started up her company, Scriptease Television, in 2010. She owns and supplies her own kit for every conceivable set-up from multi-cam studio set ups, music shows, live events including awards shows and conferencing and OB and location shoots.
Joe's list of clients and productions is truly dizzying. From the BAFTAs, the BRITs and Mobo Awards to the Turner Prize and the Miranda Hart show and corporate productions in their hundreds.

Katie now has ten feature film credits as Hair and Makeup Designer under her belt.
She trained at Delamar Academy and has risen to the challenge of working on contemporary productions in a wide range of genres including action, thrillers, horror, drama and comedy as well as high end commercials for brands including Rolex, Clark’s, Treatwell and Guinness.
She’s great at managing her team and forming strong working relationships with talent and Production equally. Katie is based in London but enjoys working worldwide.
Composer & Arranger
Laurence is a composer based in London working theatre and on screen.
His internationally acclaimed musical Tomorrow Morning was nominated for Best New Off-Broadway Musical in the Outer Critics' Circle Awards of 2011, won the Chicago Jeff Award for Best Musical in 2009 and has played around the world on four continents in six languages, with three international cast albums.
On screen he composed the score for the independent film Last Laugh (Visualize Films/Carnaby), plus he has created music for bp-tv, Nickelodeon, Dandy Productions and Cancer Research UK. He is currently creating music for The Duke of York Mysteries
(Visualize Films).
Management Accountant
Rachael has over a decade of experience managing the finances of businesses across the Creative sector (Don’t Cry Wolf, GLOCK, Hard Numbers, bp-tv).
Brought up in the North East, her favourite Geordie saying, ‘shy bairns get nowt’, is a sentiment which certainly seems to define her attitude to work. Rachael seized upon the opportunity of extra time at home during maternity leave to build her own financial services agency focussing specifically on servicing creative agencies.
Like all the best accountants, she has an amazing grasp of detail, process and procedure. But what really distinguishes Rachael is her passion for providing her clients with amazing service.
In her words, ‘You can teach anyone to do a job, but you can’t teach everyone to care about it’.
